Wavilu Terms of Service

Effective: October 26, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Malka Communications Group, Inc. ("we", "us") for the use of Wavilu. Wavilu is a beta service for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone who is 18 or older can create an account. Some test builds need a test invitation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. When you create an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

Give accurate account information. Keep your password and sign-in codes private. If another person uses your account without your permission, contact robert@malkacomm.com.

Safe use

Wavilu is a friendly place for everyone. When you use Wavilu, do not:

• send unlawful content, sexual exploitation, threats or harassment
• pretend to be another person
• send spam or try to attack or disrupt the service
• violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights
• record or share other people without their permission
• give a person under 18 access to the service.

You can report a video and block a person in the app. We can remove content or limit an account to deal with misuse, security risks, legal requirements or a breach of these terms.

Your content

You keep your rights in the videos, captions and other content that you create. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, copy, transmit and display your content to run, support and improve Wavilu. This includes poster frames, captions and the copies that we need to operate the service. This license also lets us use the sign-language landmarks that your phone reads from the videos that you send, and information derived from them, to develop and train sign-language models, as section 3 of the Privacy Policy explains. You can stop this at any time with "Help improve Wavilu" in Settings. Recipients can keep or share copies of messages that you send them.

The beta service

Wavilu is in beta, so we add, change and improve features often. A feature can change or stop. The service can have errors or interruptions. Keep your own copy of content that is important to you. Automatic captions can contain mistakes. Wavilu is not an emergency service. These terms do not create a fee or a purchase.

Account closure

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Request account deletion, or you can contact us. Messages that you already sent follow the expiry rules in the Privacy Policy. We can end the beta, or close or limit an account, when we need to operate the service, protect people or meet legal obligations.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms when Wavilu changes. Before an important change takes effect, we tell you in the app or by email. If you continue to use Wavilu after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Your legal rights

Applicable law governs your rights and our obligations. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that the law gives you. These terms do not add an arbitration requirement, an exclusive court or a contractual liability cap.
